As the owner of Paladin Tactical Shooting Solutions since 2012, Mike provides top-tier firearms training, rooted in a background that began on a Navy range in Virginia. Mike has held various roles in security, including Safety and Security Coordinator for Woodland Hills School District, Director of Safety and Security at Allegheny Health Network, and Safety and Security Specialist at CrossFit Pittsburgh. With leadership experience in the US Navy and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, Mike combines military training with expertise in managing large teams and complex security operations.
