Nicole Christensen

Nicole Christensen is an accomplished professional in the fitness industry with extensive experience in content creation and community building. As a Senior Content Writer at CrossFit, LLC since May 2010, Nicole also serves as a Flowmaster for the CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Certificate Courses, delivering educational content worldwide. Nicole co-hosted the CrossFit Games Update Show during the 2013 and 2014 Regionals seasons and is the founder of CrossFit Roots, which has grown from a garage to a 10,000 square foot facility, impacting hundreds in Boulder. Additionally, Nicole was an Affiliate Advocate at SugarWOD and founded Project Roots to support gyms and promote athlete development. Nicole holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
