James Burr is an Investment Associate at Lone Mountain Land Company, a development subsidiary of CrossHarbor Capital Partners, since January 2024. Previously, James held an acquisitions position at CrossHarbor Capital Partners beginning in January 2023 and served as an Associate in Capital Markets at JLL from April 2021 to January 2023. James also played professional lacrosse for the Denver Outlaws in 2020 and the Boston Cannons in 2019. Additional experience includes roles as an Analyst at McCall & Almy from July 2019 to March 2021 and an Equity Research Intern at Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc. in the summer of 2018. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019, and attended Middlesex School from 2011 to 2015.
