Jaap Kruithof

Jaap Kruithof is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of project development and management. As the directeur/mede-eigenaar of Crossing Borders Development B.V. since June 2016, Jaap focuses on developing zero-energy homes and energy-neutral apartments, promoting sustainable living. In addition, Jaap serves as the algemeen directeur of Crossing Borders Building Solutions B.V. and has been the directeur/eigenaar of New Logic BV since May 1996, overseeing project management in renovations and new construction, as well as building management and administration for apartment complexes. Jaap's strong interest in green, sustainable, and energy-producing buildings is complemented by an educational background in architecture from Delft University of Technology and studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
