David K. Sherman

David Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer of ENDI Corp. since August 2022, overseeing a portfolio that includes CrossingBridge Advisors, LLC, which manages assets exceeding $2 billion as of March 31, 2023. Concurrently, David serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business at NYU Stern School of Business and has been a Portfolio Manager at CrossingBridge Advisors since December 2016.
