Blake Bastin

Blake Bastin serves as the Executive Pastor for Ministry and Operations at Crossings Community Church since October 2016, where leadership is provided in Finance and Administration to enhance educational, ministerial, and community outreach efforts. Prior to this role, experience includes significant positions at BHP Billiton from June 2012 to October 2016, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Business Improvement in the CFO's office to Finance Manager for various shale assets. Previously, at Oxy from May 2006 to June 2012, roles included Controller for the Williston Business Unit and positions focused on financial analysis. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Ministry in Theology from Asbury Theological Seminary, an MBA in Finance from Rice University, and a Business degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
