Bobola Odebiyi, CPA, has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Starting in 2011, Bobola worked as a Taxi-Cab Driver for Dispatch Taxi Affiliation before transitioning to a Security Officer role at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in 2012. In 2014, Bobola took up a Training and Development Internship at Wisconsin Athletic Club, where they collaborated with the Corporate Director of Training & Development and contributed to the WAC Leadership program.

In 2015, Bobola had two internships, starting with a Launch Internship at EY, followed by a COSC Internship at Johnson Controls. At EY, Bobola worked with the Audit team, testing revenue controls, documenting warranty walkthrough supports, and performing analysis on Excel. This was followed by various roles, including Tax Associate in Financial Services, Experienced Tax Associate in FS, and Digital Accelerator from 2018 to 2021. In these positions, Bobola gained expertise in tax and digital acceleration.

In 2020, Bobola became a Startup Advisor at AfroCharts, offering guidance to emerging businesses. In 2021, Bobola founded CrossKudi and assumed the role of Founder & CEO.
