Jill Brennan

Jill Brennan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Crossland Construction Company and Crossland Heavy Contractors since January 2009. With a strong foundation in ethical conduct and human resources capacity, Jill has cultivated a wealth of expertise in the field. Prior to this role, Jill was the Regional Director at ManpowerGroup from August 1991 to January 2009, overseeing the management of nine offices across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Academically, Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from Michigan Technological University and is Assessment Certified by the Center for Creative Leadership.
