Anduena Zhubi

Anduena joined Crosslink in October 2022 as Director of Business Development. Her priority is to accelerate top-line growth for the firm's burgeoning portfolio of technology companies.

Prior to Crosslink, Anduena managed global business development and partnerships at Microsoft & M12—Microsoft's Venture Fund. Her role was to identify new strategic business, partnership, investment, and M&A opportunities with hypergrowth upstarts as well as to drive signal, effectively helping Microsoft leadership "see around the corner" on emerging technology trends. She brings a decade of go-to-market execution experience across the tech ecosystem from her roles in early-stage startups, big tech, and venture capital.
