Amber Barna

Amber Barna currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at CrossMed Healthcare Staffing, overseeing clinical, regulatory, and compliance functions since April 2025. In addition, Amber Barna contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for Breakthrough T1D Nebraska & Iowa, actively supporting the organization's mission. Previously, Amber Barna worked as Chief Clinical Officer at Work With Fusion, leading initiatives to optimize staffing and increase profitability, while also serving on an advisory committee focused on healthcare staffing trends. Amber Barna’s extensive experience in the healthcare sector includes a substantial tenure at Medical Solutions, where leadership roles spanned from RN to VP of Clinical and Quality Assurance, successfully managing clinical and credentialing divisions through acquisitions. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Nebraska Methodist College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Mary.
