Michelle Zengler has extensive professional experience in project and team management across various industries. Currently serving as Group Head Backoffice at CROSSMEDIA Germany since May 2019, responsibilities include project management, organizational development, and event management. Prior roles include Team Assistant at CROSSMEDIA and Team Assistant in Sales at Skischule Arlberg, where tasks involved customer advisory services and appointment coordination. Michelle also has a background in hospitality, having worked in front and back office support at Cityhotel Hamm. Additional experience includes roles at Alfred Horn GmbH in marketing and project management internships with the Irish Cancer Society and Nora's Home. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences and studied International Business and Tourism at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
