Ivy Arkfeld has been working in the engineering and customer service industries since 2008. Ivy began their career as a Team Member at The Artery, where they were responsible for customer service, cashiering, cleaning, stocking, organizing, framing assistance, and event planning. Additionally, they were tasked with creating window displays and was an administrator for the Facebook page. In 2012, Ivy began working as a Building Supervisor at Rose-Hulman SRC. In 2015, they became an SCMP Intern at Halliburton, where they implemented improvements to reduce set up time for the mills in a machine shop and improved 5S+ within the mill cell. From 2016 to 2021, Ivy worked as an Energy Engineer at VaCom Technologies, providing performance monitoring services to customers via EnergyDashboard and performance monitoring. Ivy also lead performance monitoring review web meetings and provided insights into system performance, expected operation, and recommendations for improvements. Most recently, Ivy began working as an Associate Training Engineer at LogicMonitor in 2021.

Ivy Arkfeld received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2016. Ivy has also obtained several certifications, such as Python Essential Training and Python: XML, JSON, and the Web from LinkedIn in June 2021, LogicMonitor Certified Associate from LogicMonitor, Inc. in May 2021, Surviving The Fall: The Proper Use Of Your Personal Fall Arrest System from Mastery Technologies, Inc. in November 2016, LogicMonitor Certified Developer and LogicMonitor Certified Implementer from LogicMonitor in August 2021, and LogicMonitor Certified Professional from LogicMonitor in May 2021.
