Mark Boardman CEng MIMechE is an experienced engineering and management professional, currently serving as Managing Director at Cohu, Inc. since August 2024, and as Managing Director for GCC at Crossover Solutions Inc. since February 2023, focusing on business development and client relations in the Middle East. Previous roles include Global Quality Director and Material Compliance Director at Enerpac Tool Group, where oversight of quality processes across over 20 manufacturing locations was key, and Plant Director at Litens Automotive Group, managing daily operations and cross-functional compliance. Mark also held significant positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Ford Motor Company, contributing to project management and product lifecycle development, and began their career with roles at Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc. and Arvin Meritor Exhaust Systems. Mark holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University, further complemented by a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Mechanical & Production Engineering.
