As CEO and Co-founder of Invotek Group since 2012, LaCroix leads an electronics manufacturing and engineering group specializing in integrated sensor development across automotive and non-automotive markets with operations in multiple countries. Additionally, LaCroix is the CEO and Founder of Crossover Solutions CI Inc. since 2006, providing management consulting services primarily in the automotive parts manufacturing sector. Past roles include Vice Chair at Ooka Island Inc. and AP Plasman Group, and M&A at Magna International. LaCroix holds an MBA in Finance & Business from Queen's University and a certificate in Valuation and Financial Strategy from Harvard Business School.
