Gaurav Jain is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in delivering high-quality telecom solutions and managing engineering teams. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Trilogy, Crossover, and Skyvera since 2023, Gaurav has played a critical role in the integration and transformation of business support systems (BSS) for Tier-1 telecom operators. Previous experience includes leading engineering initiatives at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, where Gaurav achieved significant improvements in system performance and managed operations during a critical crisis. With a rich history of technical project management at IHS Markit and Tech Mahindra, Gaurav has consistently focused on business value delivery, application performance enhancement, and team mentorship. Gaurav holds an MBA in International Business and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
