Ivan Golovanov is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading remote, multicultural engineering and QA automation teams. Currently at Crossover for Work since June 2018, Ivan has successfully built workflows, defined coding standards, and managed CI/CD processes. Prior to this role, Ivan was the Head of Development Teams at Sidenis, where responsibilities included evaluating business metrics and driving Scrum of Scrum meetings. As a co-founder and CEO of LookRoute, a travel startup, Ivan played a pivotal role in hiring, structuring the company, and crafting operational strategies. Previous positions also include Lead QA Engineer at Sberbank-Technology and QA roles at Peter-Service and Proservis. Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University and a diploma in People Management from Stratoplan Management School.
