Nithin K Pillai began their career in 2015 as a Business Development Executive at Impresario Event marketing Pvt.Ltd. Nithin was promoted to Business Development Manager in the same company. In 2020, they moved to Peotive Ecommerce Pvt Ltd as a Senior Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Manager at Crosspay since 2022.

Nithin K Pillai received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ras al kaimah in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from KODAIKANAL CHRISTIAN COLLEGE in 2013.
