Mike Sullivan

Partner at Crossplane Capital

As a partner of Crossplane Capital, Mike is responsible for sourcing and closing transactions with significant cash and profitability improvement opportunities and overseeing the entire lifecycle of investments. Mike currently serves on the boards of portfolio companies TranAxle and Griffin Dewatering.

Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Mike was a managing director with middle-market private equity firm, Prophet Equity. During his eight years at Prophet Equity, Mike was responsible for sourcing and managing strategically strong investment opportunities. He executed value creation plans alongside management teams at portfolio companies Apex Environmental, Acton Mobile, Keywell Metals, Hatch Stamping Company and Public Safety Supply Resources.

Mike began his career as an analyst with the Financial Restructuring Group of investment bank, Houlihan Lokey. At Houlihan, Mike was involved with a variety of transactions including creditor, debtor and equity restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions for clients in the food, building products, automotive and consumer products industries.

Mike graduated cum laude with a BBA in Finance and honors in liberal arts from Southern Methodist University.
