Ivan Zholudev

Ivan Zholudev is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in property and portfolio accounting. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at Crosspoint Realty Services, Inc. since August 2017, Ivan has previously held positions as a Portfolio Accountant at Sequoia Equities, Inc. and as a Senior Accountant at both The Chartres Lodging Group and ClinStar LLC. Ivan holds an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Cal State East Bay.
