Ian Lindsay is a Senior Partner at aspire Compulsory Purchase LLP, specializing in compulsory purchase-led strategic land acquisition for major infrastructure and regeneration projects since April 2018. With three decades of client-side experience, Ian has successfully promoted significant infrastructure programs such as Crossrail and Thames Gateway. Previously, as Property Director at Crossrail, Ian delivered an £860 million land acquisition program, and also serves as an Expert Adviser at Crossrail International, focusing on land value capture and transit-oriented development frameworks. Ian's extensive background includes roles at Moat Homes Limited, Network Rail, and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Educated at The University of Manchester with a specialization in 19th Century Social and Economic History, Ian also recently achieved a WSET Level 3 qualification.
