Kate Myers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capacity building and skills development within the transport sector. Currently serving as Director and Expert Adviser at Crossrail International since November 2021, Kate focuses on enhancing client capabilities for major transport infrastructure projects while promoting UK best practices globally. Previously, as Head of Skills, Employment and Education at HS2 Ltd, Kate spearheaded initiatives to address skills shortages and led the HS2 Education programme. Kate's earlier roles include contributing to the Transport Infrastructure Skills Strategy as a Policy Advisor, managing diversity initiatives as a Programme Manager at Crossrail Ltd, and directing communications for skills-related projects at Transport for London. Kate's academic credentials include a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, an Executive MBA from London Business School, and a Master's in Social and Cultural History from the University of Essex.
