Luke Miller is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in advisory and transportation planning. Currently serving as an Expert Advisor at Crossrail International since August 2023, Luke previously had a long tenure at Steer from May 1990 to June 2023, where positions included Director, Joint Head of UK Advisory, and Associate Director/Commercial Manager for Latin America. Luke's educational background includes a BA in Geography from UCL, an MSc in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster, and further expertise developed at Henley Business School.
