Azza Arafat

Azza Arafat, CHRP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Azza is currently the Chief Operations Officer at CrossRealms International since February 2021. Previously, they worked as an HR Consultant for the same company from April 2020 to February 2021. In 2018, they served as a Payroll Officer at Tax-EZ Financial Services Inc for a short period. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Human Resources Specialist at HR180. Prior to that, they were the Administrative and HR Supervisor at Gradugate from 2012 to 2014. Azza also has experience as a Property Consultant at CENTURY 21® from 2008 to 2010 and as an Administrative Manager at Arab Engineering Services and Consultation (ARABESC) from 1998 to 2006.

Azza Arafat, CHRP, completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Ryerson University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan between 1994 and 1998. In addition to their education, they hold a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, which they obtained in November 2020. Azza also has certifications in Create 21 Jordan from CENTURY 21® and ISO 9001 from Lloyd's Register.
