Laura Vepraskas has a long history of work experience. From 2007 to 2017, they worked for seven different companies in a variety of roles. In 2007, they served as Research and Development Coordinator for Adstracts, Inc., where they acted as the Information liaison between Business Department and Design Department and conducted extensive research on client products and the intended audience. In 2010, they worked as International Documents Assistant for the Davis Library at UNC-Chapel Hill. In 2011, they worked as a Digitization and Access Intern for UNC-TV, where they built a digital repository for their vast photo archive. Laura also held the role of Processing Associate for the Forest History Society, where they processed, described and arranged archival collections. Laura then served as Digital Marketing Strategist for a consultancy in 2012. In 2015, they worked as Marketing Associate | Partner Marketing for Bronto Software. In 2016, they worked as Marketing Specialist for PharPoint Research, Inc. Finally, in 2017, they worked as Chief Analytics Officer and Marketing Consultant for Crossroads B2B Consulting.
Laura Vepraskas holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism-Advertising and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the same institution.
