Ashley Antrim has extensive experience in customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Crossroads Bank since February 2015, responsibilities include managing accounts and assisting customers with online banking access. Previous experience includes roles as a Bartender at Pagel Silver Dollar Lanes, an Assistant Manager at Shoe Sensation, Inc., and a Waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings, where emphasis on customer care was paramount. Ashley Antrim attended Kaskaskia College from 2019 to 2021 and completed high school education at Stewardson-Strasburg High School in 2005.
