Ayele Enders

Ayele Enders is an experienced professional with a diverse background in early childhood education and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Early Childhood Educator at Crossroads Baptist Church since August 2019, Ayele previously worked as a Paratransit Operator for First Transit, ensuring safe transport for residents with disabilities. Ayele also held the position of Assets Preservation Coordinator at Mortgage Contracting Services, managing a significant loan portfolio while coordinating across multiple departments. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Silverleaf Resorts Houston, handling payroll and scheduling for over 200 employees. Ayele earned a degree in Retail Management from The Art Institutes and has continued education at Houston Community College.
