The Pastoral and Ministry Team at Crossroads Bible Church is responsible for guiding the spiritual growth and development of the church community. This team leads worship services, oversees various ministry areas including community life and global outreach, provides pastoral care and counseling, and equips congregation members to serve in their unique gifts. They work collaboratively to ensure that the church's mission of loving God, loving people, and reaching the world for Christ is fulfilled.
