Holly Ireland

Holly Ireland is the current Executive Director at Crossroads Community. Holly has previous experience as an Executive Director at Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc from January 2010 to October 2017. Holly also served as Clinical Director at Mid Shore Mental Health Systems, Inc from September 2009 to June 2010 and as Adult Services Coordinator at Mid-Shore Mental Health Systems, Inc from November 2006 to September 2009.

Holly Ireland holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Towson University. Holly is also certified by the Board of Social Work Examiners as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical.
