Andrew Walsh

Andrew Walsh has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Andrew is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance since May 2023. Before that, they held the same position at OneUnited Bank from April 2021 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked at Banc of California where they served as the SVP, Finance Head of Treasury and Business Strategy from June 2020 to April 2021, SVP, Head of FP&A and Business Strategy from February 2019 to June 2020, and SVP, Head of Accounting Policy from September 2015 to February 2019. Andrew also worked at Union Bank as an Accounting Manager from September 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at International Lease Finance Corporation as a Senior Director from 2012 to August 2014 and at KPMG as a Senior Manager from 2002 to 2012.

Andrew Walsh completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at the University of Central Florida from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the UCF College of Business. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew became a Certified Public Accountant in Florida in March 2003 and obtained another certification in California in December 2008.
