Suzann Fakhoury has a diverse work experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Suzann started their career in 1993 as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Suzann then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Heller Financial, Inc. from 1996 to 1998, followed by a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at GE Capital from 1998 to 2000. Suzann then joined Long Beach Mortgage as an Underwriter in 2002, and later moved to Countrywide Home Loans as an Underwriter from 2003 to 2006. Since 2011, they have been working at Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance, initially as a Credit Manager and currently as the Vice President of Operations.
Suzann Fakhoury, CLFP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their education, they have also obtained certifications such as Lucidchart Essentials from Lucid in September 2019, and the Certified Leasing and Finance Professional (CLFP) certification from the CLFP Foundation in May 2019.
