Michael Viola possesses extensive experience in finance and sales, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast at Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance since January 2022. Prior roles include Director at BMO Harris Bank, Senior Vice President at Citizens Asset Finance, and Vice President of Originations at Contemporary Healthcare Capital, among others. Michael has specialized in providing loans and leases to companies with revenues exceeding $50 million, focusing on diverse sectors such as heavy equipment and healthcare financing. An accomplished professional, Michael co-founded Landmark Realty Capital and has held senior leadership positions at GE Capital in various capacities. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
