Jacqui Phifer

Jacqui Phifer has extensive experience in financial operations and team coordination, currently serving as the Connections Team Assistant Coordinator at Crossroads Fellowship since May 2018. In addition, Jacqui has been with the State Employees' Credit Union since October 2000, where responsibilities have included overseeing the processing and distribution of foreign currency, managing monetary adjustments with the Federal Reserve Bank, and handling check forgeries and Savings Bonds as the Check Collections and Adjustments Manager. Previous roles at State Employees' Credit Union include Check Operations Manager and Adjustments and Returns Specialist. Jacqui Phifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina State University, completed between 1995 and 1999.
