Jim Miley

Jim Miley is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in coaching and management. As the Owner and Business Coach at Crossroads Professional Coaching since 2016, Jim Miley utilizes expertise gained from previous roles, including President of Lee Tractor Company, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and organizational effectiveness across multiple locations. Prior to that, Jim Miley served in various capacities at Flowserve Corporation from 1993 to 2013, culminating in the role of General Manager for the North American Southeast Region, overseeing a cross-functional team. Earlier career positions included Sales Manager for the Baton Rouge and New Orleans Districts and Sales Engineer focused on industrial sales of engineered mechanical equipment. Jim Miley holds a BS in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, completed in 1986, and attended St Martins from 1978 to 1982.
