Deborah Lange. Emba

Deborah Lange, EMBA, CHPC, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Crossroads Seamless USA, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Deborah spent over 37 years at Plymouth Tube Company, where roles included Director of Finance and Accounting, Executive Leader of Accounting & Finance, Corporate Controller, and various accounting positions. Deborah contributed to the Executive Team by setting strategies through methods such as Strategy Deployment and Kaizen events, while maintaining relationships with key business partners. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from North Central College. Additionally, Deborah has served as an Assistant Secretary on the Board of Directors and as a fiduciary for Pension and 401K Benefit Plans.
