Noel Townsend

Noel Townsend has held various management and engineering roles across multiple industries including solar manufacturing, pharmaceutical packaging, IT and marketing solutions and industrial manufacturing. Noel has experience in operational management, quality oversight, process engineering, and technical services. Their responsibilities have included production management, planning and directing manufacturing operations, ensuring safe and quality-focused production, managing ISO 9001 quality management system, and leading teams responsible for product testing and quality control. Noel has also managed projects, sales engineering, and process engineering for both internal and external clients. Noel began their career as a plant industrial engineer at Philips Products in 1998.

Noel Townsend earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Purdue University in an unspecified year prior to 1997. From 1998 to 2001, Townsend attended Indiana University South Bend and obtained an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
