Etienne Logan MSW, CSAC, CP, QMHP-A is an accomplished professional in the field of social work and addiction counseling with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as an Addiction Counselor at Crossroads since December 2018, Etienne has also held the position of Director of EAP Services at Upward Performance since July 2017. Previous roles include Drug Court Coordinator for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and Emergency Services Counselor IV for the City of Norfolk, VA. With a strong background in rehabilitation counseling at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center, clinical counseling at Daytop Village Inc., and mental health specialty at Universal Counseling Services, Etienne has developed expertise in counseling individuals with severe mental illness, addiction challenges, and complex social issues. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Morgan State University.
