Wes Floyd

Wes Floyd has a strong background in information security and IT, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Wes is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Crossroads. Prior to this, they held the position of Director IT Security at Kenco Group from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Information Security at Erlanger Health System. Wes also has experience in managerial roles, having worked as the Manager of Data Center/Enterprise Command Center at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee from 2012 to 2017, and as the Director of Technical Services at Hamilton County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District from 2007 to 2012. Wes then pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from WGU Tennessee, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.
