Gordon Ryerson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gordon is currently the Managing Director at Crosstree, a global leader in health science M&A and growth financing. Prior to this, they founded Elevate Global Advisors and served as the Managing Director at Occam Technology Group, where they successfully established goals and strategic direction for the firm. Before that, they held the position of Managing Director at Novumed LLC, where they established the U.S. office and founded the global advisory practice.

Gordon Ryerson also has experience as the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Crosstree Capital Partners, Inc., where they led numerous M&A and divestiture transactions. Gordon started their career as an Associate Corporate Finance at William R. Hough & Co. and then worked as a Group Business Manager at Eckerd Corporation. Gordon began their professional journey as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, where they held various leadership roles and achieved remarkable results.

Gordon Ryerson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Auburn University between the years 1986 and 1990. Gordon then pursued further education at the University of South Florida, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and International Business from 1996 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they recently acquired a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2021.
