Yoko Jolly has extensive work experience across various companies. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as an Analyst at Signet Bank. Starting in 1998, they joined Accenture as a Senior Manager and held that position until 2018. In 2015, they also worked as a Vice President at Ascend Leadership, specifically in the CEI department until 2018. Yoko then joined Groundswell in 2018 as the Vice President for Health & Civilian. Currently, Yoko is working for CrossVue, starting in 2023 as the Vice President for the Federal Market Lead. Additionally, in 2024, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President at CrossVue.
Yoko Jolly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from Bryn Mawr College, which they earned from 1992 to 1996. Yoko also holds a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Yoko has a Certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and a Certificate in the MIT Sloan-MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory Joint Program, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, from MIT Sloan School of Management, completed in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
