Edwin Staudenmaier

Edwin Staudenmaier has a significant work experience in the field of cybersecurity and risk advisory. Edwin started their career as a Software Contractor at Man3000 in 2011 and later worked as a Tutor at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they served as a Business Consultant Intern at BSG. From 2014 to 2021, Edwin worked at Deloitte, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Manager (Risk Advisory). During their time at Deloitte, they led several projects related to IT controls advisory, internal audits, and the implementation of new computing and cloud collaboration services. Currently, Edwin is working as a Managing Consultant at Crossword Cybersecurity Plc, where they are responsible for coordinating incident response activities and improving process efficiency. Overall, Edwin has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and audit engagements throughout their career.

Edwin Staudenmaier pursued their education at the University of the Witwatersrand, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Information Systems & Marketing from 2009 to 2012. Edwin furthered their educational journey at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours degree in Information Systems in 2013.
