Keith Bartels

Keith Bartels is an experienced educational leader currently serving as School Principal at Croswell-Lexington Community Schools since October 2022. Prior to this role, Bartels held various positions at Richmond Community Schools, including Middle School Principal, where significant achievements included leading RMS to achieve a Michigan Department of Education School Grade of an A and being recognized as Academic State Champions by Bridge Magazine in 2018. Bartels also served as High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director, overseeing a highly regarded athletic program and managing district facilities and student activities. Bartels holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Saginaw Valley State University, a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Central Michigan University, and attended Michigan State University for engineering studies.
