Melanie Becker has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. In their current role as the Director of Information Technology at Crothall Laundry Services, they are responsible for the management and oversight of IT operations. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Compass Group, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Melanie served as the Director of Information Technology for Crothall Healthcare Technology Solutions & Laundry, where they played a key role in leading enterprise projects and managing the Infrastructure & Operations project management team. Melanie also served as the Director of Technology Project Management (TPM) Team, where they were responsible for planning, executing, and closing technology projects within the organization. Additionally, they held roles such as Hardware & Software Manager, Technology Project Manager, and Functional Team Lead, where they demonstrated their expertise in managing hardware and software deployments, project management, and LAN/WAN implementations. Melanie's strong technical skills and leadership abilities make their a valuable asset in the field of information technology.
