Brian Troxler

Brian Troxler is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition - Employment Screening at Compass Group USA since July 2019. Previously, Brian held multiple roles at Compass Group, including Sr. HR Manager focusing on HR compliance and HR Consultant, as well as positions as a recruiter. In addition, Brian has been a Human Resource Consultant with Crothall Services Group since 2009. Prior to these roles, Brian worked in human resources at Morrison Management Specialist from 2005 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
