Mark Anema is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in engineering. Anema began a career at Bayer HealthCare as an Engineer from September 1997 to March 2003, followed by roles as Facility Manager at Hoffmann-La Roche and BioMed Realty between 2003 and 2017. From February 2018 to August 2023, Anema served as the Director of Facilities at Hackensack Meridian Health at Palisade Medical. Subsequent positions include MEP Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company from June 2024 to June 2025 and Director of Facilities at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset until June 2024. Currently, Anema is the Director of Facilities at Crothall Healthcare, associated with Good Samaritan Hospital, and a member of the WestChester Medical Center Health Network. Anema holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
