Mike Villani

Division President, Northeast & New England, Environmental Service at Crothall Healthcare

Mike Villani, division president of environmental services, brings more than 25 years of experience to his role. Mike joined Crothall in June of 1995 as a supervisor at Terrence Cardinal Cooke, a 760-bed long-term-care facility in the heart of New York City. His career grew through his performance and perseverance, along with building one of the strongest operational divisions in the industry.

Within two years, Mike was promoted to operations manager at Boston Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Two years later, Mike was asked to relocate to Baltimore, Maryland, where he became the director of housekeeping at St. Agnes Medical Center. During his time at St. Agnes, Mike work diligently to help to account reach “tour status” and was instrumental in helping to bring on board several new clients.

After returning to New York as a director, he held the roles of project manager, and then regional director and senior regional director of operations. In June of 2005, Mike was promoted to regional vice president for the Northeast Region, which covered Maine down through Southern New Jersey. Under Mike’s management, the Northeast territory has become the largest EVS region for the company.

In 2021, Mike was promoted to division president of EVS. Today, he and his team have grown the region to 126 accounts and $167 Million in revenue. Mike was awarded the Crothall Service Excellence Award in 2004.
