Travis Millsaps began their career as a Field Service Technician at Lowry Drug Company in October 2013, where they worked until May 2017. Then, in May 2017, they joined Crothall Healthcare as a Field Service Support Representative, responsible for customer communication, work order generation, technician dispatch, and database management. In 2021, Travis was promoted to Customer Service Lead at Crothall Healthcare, where they oversee the workflow, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day operations of the Field Service Support Team. Travis is relied upon for process improvement and efficient project resolution across multiple departments.

Travis Millsaps has a diverse education history. Travis started their educational journey by attending Forsyth Technical Community College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Later on, they pursued further studies at the same institution from 2014 to 2016, completing an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Seeking to continue their education, Travis enrolled at Appalachian State University from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they worked towards earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Communications with a focus on Advertising.

In addition to their formal education, Travis Millsaps also obtained a certification in "The Complete SQL Bootcamp" from Udemy in August 2023.
