James Wilde

James Wilde serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Croud, overseeing new business, organic growth, and commercial strategy across the EMEA region while participating on the EMEA Executive Committee. Prior to this role, James held the position of Head of Growth & Marketing at Assembly Europe, leading a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the European Executive Leadership Team. James's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Wavemaker UK, where leadership of a twelve-member growth team secured recognition as Best New Business Team in 2022 and guided major accounts such as British Airways. With foundational roles at Maxus Global, Spark Foundry, PHD, and early career experiences with The Times and The Labour Party, James has a robust background in marketing, business growth, and client management. James holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
