Donna Kruger

Donna has over 25 years of experience in the analysis and management of real estate assets. More than 20 years have been focused on asset management and finance related to the development, construction and management of Class A multi-family residential property.

Donna’s tenure with TCR began in 2003 when she became Chief Financial Officer for the southeast region of TCR. During this time she was responsible for all financing, asset management, acquisition and disposition activities in the southeast region, including the Southeast, Carolinas, and North Florida divisions. In 2010 her territory expanded to include the entire east coast, as well as Houston, TX, and her focus shifted to financing, refinancing, and disposition. Since joining TCR, Donna has been involved in financing over 100 multi-family projects (both rental and for-sale condominiums) with a total capitalization of over $5.5 billion; she has also been responsible for the disposition of 58 apartment properties with an aggregate value of approximately $3 billion.

Prior to joining TCR, Donna was an asset manager with JPI from 1996 to 2003, and was responsible for all JPI assets located in the southeast - including the lease-up and stabilization of 19 newly developed Class A multi-family rental properties and the disposition of 14 multi-family assets with an aggregate value of $500,000,000.
