Elie Finegold is a Managing Director at Crow Holdings, where he leads the firm’s new venture and technology investment practice. He has been an entrepreneur and leader at the intersection of real estate and technology for nearly 20 years, and currently also serves as a Venture Advisor at MetaProp, the leading, early-stage PropTech VC fund, and as an advisor to numerous early and growth stage companies.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings, he led Global Innovation at CBRE, establishing the function during the formative years of the current wave of real estate technology. He was a founding member of real estate merchant banking firm Island Capital Group and was the President and co-founder of IGY Marinas, which, under his leadership, grew into a $1.5 billion AUM vertically integrated global real estate business that is the world’s largest owner, operator, and developer of mega-yacht marinas and waterfront mixed-use projects. Elie was also the Chief Innovation Officer of the former Insignia Financial Group and founded several startups in both the real estate and technology sectors. He continues to be a leader in the evolution of the PropTech industry, serving on numerous industry leadership boards and writing and speaking around the world on the subject.
