Frend Severson

Frend Severson is President of Construction of the Gulf Coast Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. He is responsible for construction of multifamily developments in Houston, including estimations, cost reports, contract administration and field operations.

Frend joined TCR in 2000 and has held various roles including Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, and Project Manager. Prior to joining TCR, he spent seven years with Finger Construction building premier multifamily developments.

Frend has completed numerous construction training programs and is OSHA- and ERC-certified.
